As soon as you place your order, it is processed within 48 hours. After 48 hours, your order is put into production in our London atelier. Please allow 3 -4 weeks for your order to be completed. The delivery frame below is for when the order is complete:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details with your estimated arrival time. We use UPS to ship all international orders. For UK orders we ship with UPS and Royal Mail.
International delivery times may vary if they are subject to customs charges. This is beyond our control but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about this. More information is explained under “Tax, Customs and Duties”.
Busy periods such as national bank holidays may also affect delivery times. We do not process orders on national holidays, we advise you order in advance to avoid any delays.
In the unlikely event of your order risking a potential delay, one of our specialists will contact you as soon as possible and provide updates frequently. Provided we contact you, we will not be liable for delays. If the delay is substantial, you will be able to request a refund for the items paid for but not yet received.
In the event of a delivery being attempted but unsuccessful, our courier will leave a note posted through your letterbox informing you of either how to rearrange a delivery, where to collect your parcel or when they will attempt the next delivery.
If your order is not collected after a failed attempt and you do not rearrange delivery, and our team have been unsuccessful in getting in contact with you, we will terminate the contract. If you contact us in the future, you may be eligible for a partial refund (your total minus our costs) after a full investigation has been taken.
You can return your items to us within 14 days, free of charge. You must include the item(s) brand new in its original condition with tags attached.
To arrange a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our Customer Experience Specialists will send you a prepaid returns label via email to send back your item(s). Please print this label and attach to the parcel.
For international returns, please select “I am returning items” to avoid customs charges when returning your item(s).
A full refund or exchange, on our expense, will be accepted if we have processed an order incorrectly or you’ve received a damaged item. Please email email@example.com to process your return/exchange.
Should you wish to exchange, you will need to return your item(s) within 14 days in its original condition with tags attached. Our team will inspect the garment once received and process an exchange. If there is a difference in cost, you will be either refunded or invoiced the difference.
Please note, if you incur extra costs (such as the new item costing more than the first), we will not be able to ship out your order until the invoice is paid in full.
TAX, DUTIES & CUSTOMS
All countries outside of Europe are subject to a potential customs charge for delivery into the destination country. The buyer is responsible for these charges, the courier will not deliver until the charges are paid. At this point, we are not responsible for potential delays.
Payments are taken in GBP, if ordering abroad, the checkout may display your local currency. As exchange rates fluctuate, we cannot control the exchange rate at the time of purchase and at the time of return. We will not be liable for currency fluctuations, should there be a difference, it will be very small.
Nothing in these terms will affect your statutory legal rights.
