Orders take 1-2 weeks to be made and shipped. We offer a rush order service which takes 1 week days for your order to be made and shipped. is available. Simply select this option on the product page.

Sometimes you just need to swap a size or have some quick alterations made to make your outfit perfect! Here’s how we can help:

UK EXCHANGES (standard sizes only)

If you are a UK customer, this is how you process an exchange with us:

1. Email customer service to let us know that you’ll be exchanging your order and what size you’d like 

2. Send your order back in the original brand new condition and packaging to*: Unit 0, Bespoke RT LTD, Thames-side Studios, Harrington way, London, SE18 5NR, United Kingdom (you are responsible for the shipping costs).

3. Once we receive your order, we’ll inspect it before confirming your exchange**.

4. We’ll create your new order for you within 14 days and post it back to you. Need it sooner? Please speak to the team about Rush options (info@rebeccatembo.com)

**If the garment shows any sign of being worn or is stained, we will not be able to process an exchange.

ALTERATIONS (Standard and custom orders)

We’re proud to be able to offer you an alterations services! This is typically £25. Should the alterations be far more complex, this price may differ. You are responsible for shipping your garment. To begin this process, please email info@rebeccatembo.com so we can help assist you. 

Kindly note we only accept returns for standard size orders only. For custom sizes or bespoke pieces, we do not accept returns but we do offer exchanges/alterations.

UK RETURNS
